20 cpopped popcorn

2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 cbutter

1/2 clight corn syrup

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspbaking soda

2 cpecan halves

6 ozchocolate flavored candy coating
How To Make chocolate drizzled pecan carmel corn

1Heat oven to 200 F. In roasting pan place popcorn; set aside In a 3 quart saucepan combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to full boil (12 to 14 minutes). Continue cooking, stirring occasionally until candy thermoneter reaches 238 F. or small amoutn of mixture dropped into ice water forms a soft ball (4 to 6 minutes)

3Remove from heat; stir in baking soda. Pour over popcorn; sprinkle pecans over carmel mixture. Stir until all popcorn is coated.

4Bake 20 minutes; stir. Continue baking 25 minutes. Remove from oven; immediately place carmel corn on waxed paper.

5In a 1 quart saucepan melt candy coating over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth (3 to 5 minutes). Drizzle chocolate over carmel corn, cool completely; break into pieces.

6Store in tightly covered container.
