An EXCELLENT sauce for carmel corn.

Ingredients

2 clight brown sugar
-
2 stickmargarine
-
1/2 cwhite karo syrup
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1 tspsoda
-
8 qtpopped hull-less super popcorn
How to Make Carmel Corn
- Bring to boil on LOW heat : brown sugar , margarine and Karo syrup. Bring to boil for 5 minutes , stirring constantly
- Remove from heat and add the vanilla and soda ; STIR WELL.
- Coat a large bowl of popped popcorn ( or more if desired )
- Place in a 2" deep sheet ( I use a aluminum turkey pan ).
- Bake @ 250° for 1 hour ; stirring every 15 minutes.
