Tis the time of year when the pumpkins are ready and Halloween is around the corner. I am thinking about 'Pumpkin Seed Time" are you? This is a really tasty treat! Don't let anyone throw their seeds out, if they don't want them ask if you can have them-this recipe is too good not to have lots of seeds available! Store them in jars and using Press and Seal over top of jar,add cover and they will keep for a few weeks. Healthy snack for the kids! I found this recipe a long time ago and made these last Halloween for my Grandchildren. They loved them, however, I think the adults did more!!
