Omg I had been looking for this recipe for ages, with no luck.. I found this recipe and just made them and took me back to elementary school. Hope you enjoy them as much as my family did!

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    peannut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 2 1/2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    graham crackers, crushed

How to Make School Cafeteria Peanut Butter Squares

Step-by-Step

  1. Place Peanut Butter, Confectioners Sugar, Brown Sugar, Graham crackers and Butter into a microwave safe bowl and heat until melted (check in 45 seconds) about 1 to 2 minutes no more than that.
  2. Stir with spoon at first it will look like a mess, but after several Stirs it will all come together and will leave sides of bowl.
  3. Transfer peanut butter mixture into a 9x13 pan and pat it into the pan with your hands.
  4. Let cool in fridge. Cut into squares.
