Omg I had been looking for this recipe for ages, with no luck.. I found this recipe and just made them and took me back to elementary school. Hope you enjoy them as much as my family did!

Ingredients For school cafeteria peanut butter squares

  • 2 c
    peannut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 2 1/2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    graham crackers, crushed

How To Make school cafeteria peanut butter squares

    Place Peanut Butter, Confectioners Sugar, Brown Sugar, Graham crackers and Butter into a microwave safe bowl and heat until melted (check in 45 seconds) about 1 to 2 minutes no more than that.

    Stir with spoon at first it will look like a mess, but after several Stirs it will all come together and will leave sides of bowl.

    Transfer peanut butter mixture into a 9x13 pan and pat it into the pan with your hands.
  • Peanut Butter Squares!

    Let cool in fridge. Cut into squares.
