Ingredients For pretzel treats

  • 20
    frozen bread dough for rolls
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp
    water
  • CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER DIP
  • 1 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter

How To Make pretzel treats

    Defrost the frozen bread dough for rolls. Cut the dough balls in half and lay them on a greased cookie sheet to rise about 45 min to an hour.

    Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Bring a pan of water to a boil and drop the raised balls in the water for a a minute or so. Remove with a slotted spoon and put them on a sheet of wax paper or parchment to dry.

    Put them back on the cookie sheet and pop them into the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until they are golden brown.

    Take them out of the oven brush them with butter and sprinkle on the cinnamon and sugar, the glaze, or dip them in the chocolate peanut butter, or you can just use coarse salt.
