peanut butter fudge

Smooth, creamy, not super sweet, nutty. Peanut butter fudge you can eat and not feel guilty about. I love fudge, but not the sickening sweet that's overpowering.You get sweetness, but not super sweet.

Ingredients For peanut butter fudge

  • 2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/4 c
    light karo syrup
  • 12 oz
    peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c
    chopped salted peanuts

How To Make peanut butter fudge

  • 1
    Stir together in a pan, granulated sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, turn to simmer and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    After 10 minutes, remove from heat. Stir in butter, vanilla, Karo, peanut butter chips, salt and chopped peanuts.

    Stir until smooth.

    Pour into an 8X8 buttered square pan.

    Cool in the fridge, overnight.

    Cut into squares and enjoy.
