    fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    canned black beans--drained
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • ·
    hot sauce to taste
  • 16
    corn tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter--melted
  • ·
    seasonings--kosher salt, garlic salt,seasoning salt, chili powder

How to Make MOLDY GUACAMOLE WITH CRISPY CRITTERS

Step-by-Step

  1. MOLDY GUACAMOLE:
    COMBINE AVOCADOS, CILANTRO,LIME JUICE, SALT IN MED. BOWL, MASH WITH FORK OR PASTRY BLENDER.
  2. IN SMALL BOWL, COMBINE BLACK BEANS, CUMIN, & HOT SAUCE. MASH WITH FORK. STIR BLACK BEANS MIXTURE INTO GUACAMOLE MIXTURE.
  3. CREEPY CRITTERS:
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

    PLACE TORTILLAS ON CUTTING BOARD, BRUSH BOTH SIDES OF TORTILLAS WITH BUTTER. USING HALLOWEEN COOKIE CUTTERS, CUT SHAPE FROM TORTILLAS. ARRANGE SHAPES IN A SINGLE LAYER ON 2 LARGE BAKING SHEETS.
    SPRINKLE WITH DESIRED SEASONINGS.
  4. BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP, ROTATING BAKING SHEETS ONCE ABOUT 12-15 MINS.
