Renee's Note: This is my little buddy, Mason's recipe that he likes to make for himself before school sometimes to have when he gets home in the afternoon. He just reminded me that if you had a friend who might be coming over after school...better double the recipe. :-)

Ingredients For mason's pepperoni pizza roll-up pinsheels

  • 1 large burrito size flour tortilla
  • 1 tbsp. whipped cream cheese
  • garlic powder (optional)
  • 12 pepperoni slices
  • mozzarella cheese slices
  • pizza or marinara sauce for dipping

How To Make mason's pepperoni pizza roll-up pinsheels

  • 1
    Place one tortilla on cutting board and spread with about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese; sprinkle with garlic powder, if desired. Layer on pepperoni and mozzarella; roll up very tightly in plastic wrap and place in fridge while you’re at school all day.

    After school, remove from fridge, unwrap and cut into 2” slices, Serve with pizza or marinara sauce for dipping.
