  • 1 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 (8) oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 c
    fruit juices
  • 3 Tbsp
  • ·
    different fruits
  • ·
    fruit juice

How to Make Fruit Pizza


  1. Cream Oleo and 3/4 cup sugar and then add egg, flour,baking soda, cream tartar and salt.
  2. Spread on a greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 degree for 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. Cream together cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar and spread on crust. Arrange whatever Fruit you like on the cream cheese mixture.
  4. 1 cup fruit juice and 3 Tablespoons of cornstarch and cook over low heat until thick. Cool a little and pour over fruit. Types of fruit you can use Kiwi, banana, pineapple, strawberries, peaches, and mandarin oranges. Keep in cool place.
