Our family loves Granola Bars! So here is my version. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Ingredients For easy no-bake granola bars

3 crice krispies cereal (may also use coco krispies)

2 cgrape nuts cereal (or another wheat & barley)

4 cquick cooking oats, uncooked

1/2 ccoconut, flaked, or shredded

1 tspcinnamon, ground (heaping if you like more)

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
-
1 clight corn syrup
-
1 cpeanut butter, (creamy) or almond butter
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
1 1/2 cmilk chocolate chips
-
1 chealthy nut mixture, sunflower seeds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, cashews or what you perfer
How To Make easy no-bake granola bars

1Mix the first 5 ingredients into a extra large bowl.

2Bring brown sugar and light corn syrup to a boil for 2 minutes, remove from heat, add the vanilla and peanut butter and stir well until all is blended.

3Pour brown sugar mixture into dry Cereal and Oats mixture. Stir quickly as it gets more gooey as it cools. Wait about 2-3 minutes, then add the chocolate chips and nuts....coat well.

4Using a 12X18 jelly roll pan, dump Granola mixture into buttered (or no stick spray)pan. You can use Wax Paper or a good plastic spoon/spatula for pressing Granola into prepared pan evenly. Put in fridge to firm up a bit, then cut into your desired pieces. These are absolutely scrumptious....Enjoy!
