I wanted to share this simple technique with you, so you can make these healthy snacks for your family and friends. They are delicious! Add them to trail mix, cereal, put them in recipes, or just eat them plain. Enjoy!

How To Make bonnie’s dried pears

  • Dried pear slices from our pear tree.
    1
Make a "bath water" in a large bowl of one quart of water and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Wash and core pears and cut into thin rings. (Bits and pieces can be dried, too.) Plunge the prepared pears in the bath water. Leave for a few minutes, then remove, shaking off the excess water.
