Ingredients For gingerbread granola

  • 1/2 tsp
    rawspicebar’s gingerbread spices
  • 3 c
    rolled oats
  • 2 c
    raw nuts (we like almonds, pecans, and/or walnuts)
  • 3 Tbsp
    cane sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 c
    coconut or olive oil
  • 1/3 c
    maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2 Tbsp
    molasses
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make gingerbread granola

    Preheat oven to 325ºF. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

    Over medium-low heat, warm coconut oil, maple syrup (or honey), molasses, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan for 3-4 minutes. Add dry ingredients, including RawSpiceBar’s German Gingerbread Spices, and combine.

    Move mixture to large baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until granola becomes crisp and browned.

    Remove pan from oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container and enjoy with yogurt, milk, or as is!
