1 lbshelled pecan halves

1egg white

1 Tbspwater

1/2 csugar

1 Tbspground cinnamon

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make cinnamon glazed pecans

1In large bowl, whip egg whites and water until frothy. Add pecans and mix until well coated.

2In a separate bowl combine cinnamon, sugar, and salt. Add to pecan mixture and mix again until well coated.

3Spread in an even layer on a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes to prevent sticking.
