How to Make Cinnamon Glazed Pecans
- In large bowl, whip egg whites and water until frothy.
Add pecans and mix until well coated.
- In a separate bowl combine cinnamon, sugar, and salt.
Add to pecan mixture and mix again until well coated.
- Spread in an even layer on a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes to prevent sticking.
