How to Make BEER SNACK NUTS

Step-by-Step

  1. Place peanuts, sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, & water in a Dutch oven & bring to boil. Continue to boil until all liquid is absorbed, about 25 to 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

    Spread peanuts on a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch jellyroll pan & sprinkle with coarse salt.
  3. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven, stir, sprinkle with coarse salt again & bake again 20 minutes longer.
  4. Cool completely....Store in airtight container.
