Ingredients For almond butter granola

  • 1 c
    almond butter
  • 1/4 c
    coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    each honey and maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    almond extract
  • 3 c
    old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 c
    sliced almonds, chopped pecan and dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 c
    mini chocolate chips
  • sea salt

How To Make almond butter granola

  • 1
    Preheat oven 300 degrees. In a sauce pan mix the almond butter, coconut oil, honey, maple syrup, salt, vanilla and almond extract until smooth.

    In a large bowl. mix the oatmeal, almonds. pecans and peanuts together. Pour in the almond butter mixture.

    Spread the mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.Bake for 40 minutes. Stirring half way through. Remove from oven and let cool 20 minutes. Do not stir. Top with mini chocolate chips and sprinkle with sea salt. Store in air tight container.
