Ingredients For creamy braunschweiger dip..(liver sausage)

  • 1 pkg
    80z. jones liver sausage (braunschweiger) , cut into chunks
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 6
    green onions (white portion only)..chopped
  • 1/4 c
    fresh parsley...chopped
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    prepared horse radish
  • 3-5
    drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • serve with...your choice...crackers, radishes, cucumber slices, carrot stisks, and ..or celery stalks.

How To Make creamy braunschweiger dip..(liver sausage)

    Put all ingredients into a bowl, and mash till smooth.

    Cover and chill for a few hours or overright,

    Serve with crackrs or fresh cut veggies.
