1No amounts are given here because they are that easy and you can make as few or many as you'd like or need. Just drain oysters on paper towel, spread crackers with a nice amount of cream cheese and top with one-two smoked oysters depending on what size you get and how much oyster you prefer. Wah-lah! Simple and delicious!!!
