Found this at Taste of Home, but modified it slightly to my household tatses. Took it to a pot luck at work and got raves on it.Hope y'all enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients

  • 3 8 OZ pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c
    shredded co-jack cheese
  • 2/3 c
    grated parmesan
  • 1 can(s)
    chopped green chilies, mild, medium or hot. your taste
  • 1/4 to 1/2 can(s)
    pickled jalapeno
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • ·
    corn chips, tostitos, veggie sticks

How to Make Jalapena Popper Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Mix all cheeses together in a large bowl till well blended. Pour into a 9 inch pie pan and smooth out. Sprinkle panko crumbs on top.
  3. Bak for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with chips, veggies, etc.
