1In small mixing bowl, microwave, chocolate chips for 15 second intervals until just beginning to melt. Remove, stir and set aside for a few minutes – stir again and if not melted, microwave again for 10 seconds.
2Holding by one end, dip half of each potato chip in melted chocolate.
3Optionally, you then dip into the crushed peanuts and toffee chips.
4Set on waxed paper to cool until chocolate is hardened.
