INGREDIENTS

3 lb beef chuck roast

1 onion, quartered (yay for no slicing!)

1/2 t salt
•
1/2 t pepper
•
14 ounces of beef broth (I made mine using 2 cubes of beef bouillon and boiling water)
•
1 package of dry Italian dressing mix
•
1 package of Au Jus gravy mix
•
1/4 jar of Pepperoncini and juice (about 4 ounces)
