So Tasty and so Easy. Nothing like bacon and Onions together, with this Garden Zuchini sauting in the pan, . . oooh . . the Smell of wonderful flavors. I never Like Zucchini, no matter how anyone served it, Just was Bland and tasteless, until I had this served with Bacon N Onions, then I instantly developed a taste for it. I Love this Now. So For any one Whom never enjoyed Zuchini before, You got to try this. . .Version.

Ingredients For zucchini saute just the way we like it by freda
- ZUCHINI WITH BACON AND ONIONS SAUTED

1 lbzuchini cleaned and brushed

2 TBSbutter ( everythings better with butter) :)

1 smonion, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

3 slicesthick sliced bacon, cut in 1/4 in pcs.

3 Tbschopped parsley ( optional)
How To Make zucchini saute just the way we like it by freda

1Scrub and clean zuchini under running water. Trim off the ends. Cut into 1/8" thin slices. -
2In Skillet over Med Heat. Add: Bacon cut up, toss well to Brown.

3ADD: Butter to melt ADD: Onions, cook for 5 min, or till softened.

4Add: Zuchini, Thinly sliced to the bacon and onion Cover and cook 5 Min. Season, Add: salt and peper to taste. top with Parsley, Toss well and Serve Hot. ENJOY
