2zucchinis, 6 inches long and 2 inches in diameter
1teaspoon garlic salt
1teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
2tablespoons parmesan cheese from the shaker
1tablespoon olive oil
How to Make BONNIE’S ZUCCHINI PARMESAN MY WAY
- Slice each piece as in the photo. (as uniform as possible) Make 4 slices from the larger part of the zucchini and 3 slices from the slimmer part of the zucchini. Pat all the pieces dry with paper towels. Again, dry zucchini means the coating will stick to the slices when it is cooking in the air fryer.
- You are now ready to cook the zucchini in the Air Fryer. Add the zucchini to the basket of the Air Fryer. No need to spray with kitchen spray. Set the temperature to 400 degrees, and set the time to 16 minutes. Check your zucchini at 12 minutes to make sure it doesn't over brown and continue cooking until done to your taste.
