How To Make zucchini bake

In a large Pot,parboil Zucchini. DO NOT OVER COOK! Strain and set aside. In a large bowl,ADD All ingredience,except Zucchini and 1 C. cheese. Using a wooden spoon,stir until combined.

Preheat oven to 350. ADD Zuchini to Large Bowl. Toss to combine. In a greased 13 x 9,spoon Zucchini Mixture. Spread evenly. Sprinkle other cup of cheese over top. Bake 20-25 min. Enjoy!
