  • 1 lb
    large mushrooms
  • 1/4 c
    italian or caesar dressing
  • 1 c
    fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped parsley

How to Make Stuffed Mushrooms Italiano


  1. Remove and finely chop mushroom stems.
  2. Combine dressing, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, and chopped mushroom stems in medium bowl.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with bread crumb mixture; arrange in shallow baking dish.
  4. Add water to barely cover bottom of dish.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
