1 lblarge mushrooms
1/4 citalian or caesar dressing
1 cfresh bread crumbs
1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
1 Tbspfinely chopped parsley
How to Make Stuffed Mushrooms Italiano
- Remove and finely chop mushroom stems.
- Combine dressing, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, and chopped mushroom stems in medium bowl.
- Fill each mushroom cap with bread crumb mixture; arrange in shallow baking dish.
- Add water to barely cover bottom of dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
