Ingredients

  • 3
    yellow squash
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c
    crumbled baked cornbread
  • 1
    egg
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • ·
    pepper to taste

How to Make Squash Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil squash until tender. Drain water.
  2. Add butter, Cream of Chicken Soup, onion, salt
    and pepper and egg. Stir in well.
  3. Add corn bread crumbs over top.
  4. Bake 350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
