Ingredients

  • 1 large
    bag of radishes, quartered
  • 1/2
    handful chives, chopped or sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp
    capers, rinsed and drained
  • DRESSING

  • 1/4 c
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 2
    anchovies, smashed
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 medium
    habanero pepper, fresh & chopped **optional can use black pepper**
  • 1 pinch
    smoked sea salt to taste **optional, anchovies & capers are salty**

How to Make Spicy Radish Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. in a small mixing bowl combine the dressing ingredients
  2. add radishes and other veggies to a medium sized mixing bowl. add dressing to bowl. mix and chill til ready to be served
