1/2 capple cider vinegar

1 tspsoy sauce, low sodium

1 tsphot pepper sauce

1 Tbspolive oil

3 clovecloves garlic, peeled and chopped
How to Make SPICED MUSHROOMS
- Blanch mushrooms in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and pat dry.
- Put all ingredients into a jar with a tight lid and refrigerate overnight.
- Pile these mushrooms on spinach leaves and serve with hot garlic toast.
