It is very low in calories and it comprises of several health-benefiting antioxidants and vitamins in addition to be very low in fat and contains no cholesterol. Cauliflower is a blank canvas which you can be creative in giving it lots of flavor; you can grill,roast, bake, broil, or steam this veggie. Cauliflower is number one on my healthy eating list.

Ingredients For smokey curry cauliflower

  • 1 md
    head cauliflower, washed and cut into florets
  • 3 Tbsp
    extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • salt to tasted
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh chopped parsley

How To Make smokey curry cauliflower

    Preheat oven to 400°

    In a small skillet over medium-low heat add olive oil, curry powder, garlic powder, cumin and smoke paprika.

    Stirring constantly, for about 15 – 20 seconds or until fragrant, be sure not to let burn. Then remove from heat.

    In an 8” x 8” glass baking dish combine cauliflower and fragrant oil until all florets are coated well. Then season to taste with salt and place in oven to bake for about 15 – 20 minutes or until nice and tender. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
