I have seen a lot of different recipes for this type of salsa. Some call it Texas Caviar, some call it Redneck Caviar, some call it Bean Salsa. I call it YUMMY!! My co-worker brings this to lots of work functions and it is always a hit.

Ingredients For shelley salsa shuffle

  • 1 can
    red beans or kidney beans
  • 1 can
    black beans
  • 2
    avocados, diced
  • 1
    red onion, diced
  • 1 can
    white corn
  • 2 can
    rotel
  • handful fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 c
    zesty italian dressing

How To Make shelley salsa shuffle

    Drain & rinse beans.
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients except dressing, in a bowl

    Pour in Zesty Italian Dressing Stir it up

    If you want it HOT, add Ro-tel diced tomato’s With Jalapeño Or your own Hottie stuff such as diced fresh or canned jalapenos.

    Serve with tortilla chips or on tacos, quesidillas or any Mexican food
