Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 4 - 5 large
    carrots, peeled and cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
  • ·
    kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 sprig(s)
    rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey

How to Make Roasted Glazed Carrots

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into 1" or 2" pieces.
  2. Remove rosemary needles from the stem.
  3. Chop the rosemary.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and the carrots.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook, tossing the carrots so they color on all sides (about 5 minutes).
  7. Add the butter, rosemary, and honey.
  8. Continue cooking until the carrots are brown and tender (about 5 - 7 minutes more).
