Ingredients For parmsean cauliflower

  • 8 cups
    fresh cauliflower florets
  • 2 tsp.
    crushed garlic
  • 4 TBS.
    olive oil
  • 1tsp.
    each of salt / pepper
  • 1/2 cup
    fresh grated parmesean cheese

How To Make parmsean cauliflower

    Line a large baking pan with non stick foil. Heat oven to 400°.

    In a large bowl or food storage bag toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, garlic, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese.

    Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.
