How to Make Parmesan Crusted Cauliflower w Black Truffle Salt
- Preheat oven 400 degrees. line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add some salt and add the cauliflower florets. Cook until crisp tender about 3 minutes. Drain and arrange on baking pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black truffle salt. Add the cheese to the top of each floret. Bake for about 10 minutes. Until cheese has melted and browned
