Ingredients For mushroom thyme marsala with pasta (or not)!

  • 2 tsp
    butter
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 4 c
    slicd mushrooms
  • 1/8 c
    shallots, chopd
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    marsala
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh thyme, chopd
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream (lite is ok)
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    blk pepper
  • 1 c
    small pasta, cookd!

How To Make mushroom thyme marsala with pasta (or not)!

    SAUTÉ MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER N OLIVE OIL...DO NOT MIX. LET IT GET COLOR...THEN AFTER 3 min. MIX.

    ADD SHALLOTS N COOK FOR 2 MINUTES ....THEN ADD FLOUR COOK FOR ADDNL MINUTE ;)

    ADD MARSALA N THYME...COOK FOR A MINUTE OR TWO.
