My Step Mother and Father came to visit my Husband and I a couple of years ago during the corn on the cob season. I have always boiled my corn on the cob with some salt. I was taught that way as a young girl. My Mother always cooked it this way as did my relatives. So, when my Step Mother showed me her way, I was so excited. It is so good, so flavorful, delicious. My Husband would not touch corn on the cob. He didn't like it. But, he decided to try my Step Mother's. He has not stopped eating it. So, I would not ever go back to the old boiling way. Enjoy. We do!!!!

Clean your corn good. Take out a piece of plastic cling wrap. On the piece of wrap sprinkle across it, salt pepper, and sugar. Add a lil pat of butter softened. Roll your piece of corn in the mixture. Wrap the wrap around the corn. Do this with up to four pieces at a time. Put onto a microwavable plate. Cook in microwave for 4 to 6 minutes. Take out of the wrap, and eat it. You can add more butter if you like.

Enjoy it. And enjoy you will. It keeps all the flavor in the corn, instead of boiling the corn.
