I grew up marinating cucumbers, onions and tomatoes every summer as a side dish. Always a great side to a summer time meal.

    cucumbers, peeled and sliced 1/4"
  • 1 medium
    onions, sliced
  • 3 medium
    tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 c
    vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 c
    oil

How to Make Marinated Cucumbers, onions and tomatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
