Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    cream style corn
  • 2
    eggs
  • 6 oz
    package of mexican or jaleopena corn bread mix
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    splenda or sugar

How to Make Louisiana style corn pudding (the easy way )

Step-by-Step

  1. stir together corn, eggs, mix , and sweetner.
  2. Pour into 2 quart casserole
  3. chip up butter and sprinkle over top. (YOU MUST USE THE WHOLE STICK)
  4. Place in 350 degree oven and bake 30 min or until set.
