  • 1/2 c
    uncooked shrimp
  • 1/2 c
    ground pork
  • 3 Tbsp
    kimchi juice liquid in which the kimchi is packed
  • 1 c
    kimchi chopped
  • 2
    green onions chopped
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
  • ·
    canola oil for frying
  • ·
    cilantro for garnish
  • ·
    sweet chili sauce or sweet and sour sauce for serving

How to Make Kimchi Pancake


  1. Place first 8 ingredients in food processor and process until well incorporated.
  2. Add oil to hot pan and make pancakes with the ingredients from the food processor. It will be a little wet. Fry in batches until done and browned on both sides.
  3. Served garnished with cilantro and drizzle with sweet chili sauce
