I created this tasty Cole Slaw as a side addition to Grilled Beef Back Ribs. It is easy, simple, quick, tasty and LOW CARB & LOW SUGAR. We really enjoyed this simple recipe, hope you will as well. It goes well with any outdoor grilling event. If you are counting carbs you will be pleased to know that this recipe has only 3 net carbs per serving, with 2 grams of sugar. It is a great hot weather side dish, and taste great all year round.

Ingredients For keeping it real simple cole slaw

  • 1 1/2 lb
    dole colorful cole slaw
  • 1 1/2 c
    dukes mayonnaise, or any good quality
  • 2/3 c
    splenda zero calorie sweetener
  • 3 Tbsp
    chia seeds
  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    dried chopped chive, optional
  • salt & pepper to taste, optional

How To Make keeping it real simple cole slaw

    These are the main ingredients for this recipe.

    Using a medium size bowl, add mayonnaise, splenda, red wine vinegar, & chia seeds.

    Whisk ingredients together until creamy and smooth.

    Now add in the cole slaw, chopped chive, and optional salt and pepper if desired, and stir together till mixed well.

    Refrigerate to maximize flavor at least 2 hours if time permits. Serve and enjoy.
