jalapeno “poppers” (low carb)

I love Jalapenos - but being on low car diet I had to try to make my own without the breading! If you prefer breading, Flaxseed Meal works great!

Ingredients For jalapeno “poppers” (low carb)

  • 6-8 md
    jalapeno peppers (cleaned/sliced lengthwise/removed seeds)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 6-8 slice
    slices of bacon (i prefer pre-cooked bacon)

How To Make jalapeno “poppers” (low carb)

    Preheat Oven 375 Degrees

    Combined all ingredients.

    Fill Jalapenos with the mixture

    Wrap a slice or half slice of bacon around each

    Bake 18-22 minutes or until cheese is bubbling/melted
