This pretty dish is one that I created many years ago. My family loves it. You won't be disappointed in this delicious jalapeno creamed corn casserole. It is very easy to make and very tasty! Made with buttery creamed corn and a hint of heat from jalapeno. The red bell pepper mixed with the green jalapeno gives it a festive look. Enjoy!
