My family just loves these sweet, honey kissed carrots. Play around with different honeys as they all have different tastes. This is lovely with an orange blossom or clover honey, but use any honey you have on hand. These are sooo good !

5 - 6carrots, sliced on the diagonal

1/2 to 2/3 cchicken broth or water

3 Tbsphoney

2 Tbspreal butter

salt & pepper to taste
How To Make honey glazed carrots, millie's

1Peel and cut carrots on the diagonal. Put in small pan. Add chicken broth or water till almost covering carrots. You may need a little extra stock or water. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. -
2Bring to boil and cook 10 to 15 minutes or till liquid has reduced by about half.Add honey and butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to medium and cook til fork tender.
