How to Make Grilled Herb & Butterd Corn
- I do 1 to 2 ears per person ,Put corn in large kettle or a wash tub with husks and silks on corn ,Cover corn
with water add about 1 tbsp of salt to one gallon of water.Soak the corn in the salted water about 3o minutes.
- Remove corn from water and open husks carefully remove silks.Brush corn with butter and spinkle it with several springs of herbs, rewrap husks carefully around corn.Then i wrap my corn in foil.need to add about 5 more minutes to coking time with the foil on it.
- Cook in a covered grill over medium hot coals for about 15 minutes ,Turning it once or twiced.And you can cook the foil wraped corn in the oven too.450 for 30 minutes.
