This bean and veggie combination is even more delicious cooked outside on the grill. Leave the bacon out for a healthier/vegetarian dish.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Why have we never tried grilling fresh green beans sooner? We fell in love at first bite. The green beans stay crunchy. Smoky bacon, mushrooms, and onions add tons of flavor to the green beans. We used Morton's seasoning blend on ours and it added just the right amount of seasoning. These would be delicious alongside grilled steak this summer.

Note: We didn't have a grill wok so we used a regular wok to saute the bacon and onions. We did have a grill tray. So when the bacon and onions were done, we added the onions, beans, and mushrooms to that and cooked over the indirect heat until cooked. Worked perfectly! Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
