Many ppl claim they have the best recipe for greens. I have to say they are wrong. My grandmother taught me the history of Greens and to cook them the old fashioned way. This recipe comes from the days when Greens were not pick-of-the-dish: and the poor families did with what they had to work with. In time, this wonderful aroma made its way (smokey, nutty, spicy,)and filled many homes and now you can too. GREENS THAT YOUR MOMMA MADE, AND HER MOMMA MADE.MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH.
