Creamy Cauliflower and Garlic (mash)

How to Make Creamy Cauliflower and Garlic (mash)
- Cut the head of cauliflower into small pieces, peel the cloves of garlic.
In a pot, cover the above with water, and cook until very tender.
Drain well, I used my colander.
- After draining, place the cauliflower and garlic in the food processor, and run until smooth. It will look like mashed potatoes! Add melted butter, salt and pepper, and mix again.
- Place in casserole dish, dot with butter, and keep warm until serving.
