Ingredients For corn pudding

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    cornbread/muffin mix (8.5 oz)
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn (15.25 oz)
  • 1 can
    cream-style corn (14.75 oz)

How To Make corn pudding

  • Creaming butter and sugar.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  • Eggs mixed into the butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Sour cream added to the batter.

    Beat in sour cream.
  • Adding cornbread, muffin mix, and milk to the batter.

    Gradually add cornbread/muffin mix alternately with milk.
  • Folding in the creamed corn.

    Fold in the corn.
  • Batter poured into a baking dish.

    Pour into a greased 3 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 45-50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
