Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    cornbread/muffin mix (8.5 oz)
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernel corn (15.25 oz)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream-style corn (14.75 oz)

How to Make Corn Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Beat in sour cream.
  4. Gradually add cornbread/muffin mix alternately with milk.
  5. Fold in the corn.
  6. Pour into a greased 3 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 45-50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
