Ingredients For corn custard casserole

    onion, chopped
  • 1/2
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 lb
    butter or margarine
  • 16 oz
    can whole kernel corn
  • 16 oz
    can cream style corn
  • 3
    eggs
  • 8 1/2 oz
    box corn muffin mix
  • 6 oz
    shredded cheddar, divided

How To Make corn custard casserole

  • 1
    Saute onion, green pepper, and salt in butter. Combine both cans of corn, eggs, muffin mix, and 1 cup cheese. Mix with onion mixture and place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes.
