Ingredients For cheesed cauliflower

  • 1 md
    head cauliflower
  • 2 dash
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 3/4 c
    shredded sharp process cheese

How To Make cheesed cauliflower

    Remove leaves and trim base from cauliflower. Wash. Cook whole in boiling salted water 15 to 20 minutes or till tender. Drain
  • 2
    Place on ungreased shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Mix mayonnaise and mustard; spread over cauliflower. Top with cheese.

    Bake at 375 F about 10 minutes or till cheese is melted
